We think the regulator, the operator, and the customer are all on the same side of the table. The regulator wants explainability. The operator wants speed and brand consistency. The customer wants to be remembered. ARIA is the first platform that gives all three the same answer: per-decision explainability via REST, 7-zone memory that compounds with usage, brand voice extracted from your existing comms, and a public Trust Center procurement teams can pre-qualify before booking the call.

We do not believe in fabricated certainty. When a feature is not yet shipped, we say so — em-dash placeholders mean we honestly don't know yet. When SOC 2 Type 1 lands in Q3 2026, we will say "certified." Until then, we say "in-progress." The contract goes both ways: customers reward the honesty, and so do regulators.
